De’Carlon Seewood is Columbia’s first African-American city manager. He began in January. Mr. Seewood joined us live on “Wake Up Columbia” to discuss BeHeardCoMo, a new portal that provides a place to hear new ideas. We also discussed possible improvements on the Business Loop and trash service:
