Columbia’s city council gives green light to development to build 500 homes near Sinclair and Nifong

Columbia’s city council has unanimously voted to approve a developer’s plan to build 495 single-family homes and villas near Sinclair Road and Nifong Boulevard in south Columbia. The council is praising “Legacy Farms” developers for listening to neighbors and for being forward-thinking. The project will include villas and cottages, and 30 acres of green space. …
