Catalytic converter legislation is backed by urban and rural Missouri House members

Bipartisan legislation aimed at reducing the amount of catalytic converter thefts in Missouri has received initial approval from the Missouri House. State Rep. Don Mayhew (R-Crocker) sponsors House Bill 2574.
