A Kansas City trucker who’s charged with involuntary manslaughter for the December I-70 death of the Boone County fire assistant chief will appear in court Monday morning in Columbia. 64-year-old Kevin Brunson was released from the Boone County jail in late March on his own recognizance, after posting bond.
