Glasgow’s former city administrator and police chief pleads guilty to receiving stolen property. Kevin Atwood admitted on Thursday he committed the misdemeanor. He was looking at a felony stealing charge at one point, after a 2018 audit found about $3,200 disappeared while he was managing Glasgow’s money. Atwood has to pay the city back $2,787. …
