Columbia’s mayor-elect to be sworn-in on Monday

Columbia’s new mayor will be sworn-in on Monday afternoon at city hall, along with fourth ward councilman-elect Nick Foster. Mayor-Elect Barbara Buffaloe and Mr. Foster will be sworn-in at 5 pm, just after outgoing Mayor Brian Treece and outgoing Councilman Ian Thomas deliver their comments.
