A group of scientists in Denmark have found a way to make jellyfish into a crunchy chip. Jellyfish are full of vitamins, like B12, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and selenium. On top of being a healthy snack, jellyfish populations are booming, so it could be a sustainable food source.
