New research says people who take the stairs are 24% less likely to die early.

Skip the elevators and escalators.  Taking the stairs will help you live longer!

New research says that people who take the stairs are 39% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease and 24% less likely to die early from anything.

My wife and I always race up or down the stairs for some (extremely, apparently) healthy competition!
