Boone County’s housing market is another part of the economy that COVID-19 is apparently messing up. The Columbia Board of REALTORS said Monday active listings are down 38% in the first three weeks of April. That’s after single-family home sales increased 17.5% in the first quarter of the year, compared to 2019.
