Boone County reports its 86th death from COVID-19. Health officials said Thursday the patient actually died on Feb. 14. There were 21 new coronavirus cases in Boone, and active cases went up a little, to 105. Only one patient is hospitalized. There were seven new cases reported in Cole County on Thursday.
