The National Weather Service (NWS) in Kansas City has not made a determination yet into whether it was a tornado that caused Tuesday night’s damage in rural Cooper County. Winter storms closes schools across entire mid-Missouri listening area

The winter storm has forced most school districts in central Missouri to cancel classes again for today (Thursday).
